Kauser Razvi, President
Kauser has over 12 years of experience working in the government and non-profit sectors. Her work has focused on bringing large organizations or departments together to focus on specific projects or programs that will improve, expand, or create a new set of services for the public good. Her personal hobbies include reading fiction, travel, enjoying Sunday mornings, and most things that involve fun stuff with her kids like blueberry picking, gardening, bike riding, and beach days.
Cari Reddick, Project Manager
Cari has 10 years of experience working in process design and improvement, system design and implementation, and quality and has a background in education. Cari focuses on working with organizations to make processes more effective by defining and implementing systems that will allow the organization to work more efficiently and focus on results and community impact. Her personal hobbies include running, biking, and pretty much anything outside, along with baking and photography.
Frank Nichols, Project Manager
Frank provides exceptional client service in the areas of project management, training sessions, research/analysis, and design. He has a background in media arts, market research, IT support, and sales. His personal hobbies include movies, guitar, home brewing, cooking, and teaching his old dog new tricks.
Sam Madan, Marketing Manager
Sam has had a diverse professional career, involving several facets of the marketing and project management world. Prior to joining the team at Strategic Urban Solutions, his professional portfolio included writing for several publications, membership in a top-producing real estate sales team, directing marketing efforts for a premier real estate corporation in the Chicagoland area, and serving as director of marketing for a leading academic institution. His hobbies include outdoor activities, reading, traveling, music, and leisure time with family and friends.
Alexander Hurst, Intern
Alexander is a Senior Political Science major at Amherst College in Massachusetts, and graduated from Saint Ignatius High School in Cleveland Ohio. Passionate about politics, he writes an opinion column for Amherst newspaper, The Student, has interned in policy research at Policy Matters Ohio, and is constantly refreshing DailyKos. He enjoys reading novels, Mad Men, basketball, and soccer.
